Scott Bratcher
Founder
Scott graduated from Texas A&M in 1998 with a bachelor's degree in Finance. After working in the financial services industry for a few years, he went on to develop a lead generation and appointment setting business and was an owner of that company for 13 years. In 2017 he sold his portion of that company to his business partner and started Exact Background Checks using Precise Hire (now known as Brango Software Solutions) and their platform. He applied the same sales and marketing techniques he used for his previous clients to quickly grow his business. He set a 6 month goal of generating $10,000 a month in revenue and achieved that in 3 months.
Mark Lingo
Founder
Mark served our country faithfully between the years of 1989 to 1991 in the Navy. After his service, he went to work for a Background Check industry and saw a need in the market. After his 2 years with that company, he left to launch Precise Hire officially in 2001 and started to develop his own software platform. In 2015 he brought on his first Licensee and worked alongside that business to help them become a success in this industry. Scott Bratcher joined as a License in 2017 and quickly became a success with the help and support of Mark. Today he is excited to bring on more licensees in this industry by reducing the barriers that usually prevent people from getting started.
